The Cooperation Committees serve as a critical tool supporting the Programme Operator, providing strategic guidance and advice at regular intervals or whenever necessary. Their purpose is the optimal management of the “Good Governance, Institutions, and Transparency” programme, offering direction to address strategic issues and ensure the effective achievement of its objectives.
During the Committee meetings, participants are updated on the programme’s and projects’ progress, as well as on any challenges that arise. They also discuss recommended initiatives to better achieve the objectives, offering solutions and strategic adjustments where needed.
From early 2020 to 2023, five Cooperation Committees have been held, playing a significant role in the programme’s governance. These Committees strengthen transparency and collaboration, contributing to the ongoing improvement and adaptation of the programme to the needs of Greek society and administration.
