The goal of the action is to strengthen the technical and administrative capacity of the potential Implementing Body, the ‘Ombudsman,’ for submitting project proposals (actions), in order to accelerate the processes for the initiation and implementation of the corresponding project of the Ombudsman to address maladministration and improve the management of citizens’ issues (Predefined Action 3: ‘Greek Ombudsman actions for strengthening good governance, accountability, and combating maladministration in the public sector’).
